Last week we made poppies for ANZAC day. All we used was cellophane to stick on the sticky part of the poppy outline. Then after we finished putting the cellophane on we got a sharpie and coloured the middle part black. Those poppies came when some soldiers died and they grew up around their graves. The poppies we made are called sun – catcher poppies because they let the sun shine in and we can remember all the soldiers who died. That’s why we have the words ‘Lest we forget.’ I had so much fun!

Today’s lesson, we focused on the scenery—the Locations, Props. We noted key elements like the cardboard TARDIS (a prop) and the backgrounds, such as the swirling time vortex and the futuristic control room (the locations). These visuals are import for showing where and when the adventure takes place.
